The Staff
Hills Community Child Care’s most valuable asset is its highly experienced, enthusiastic and caring staff who have many years of childcare experience. Their warm personalities and dedication to promoting the best outcomes for children ensure that HCCC is a positive, warm, safe and caring environment.
Jenny – Care Coordinator
I am a mum of six, aged 13 – 31 years. I have a Diploma in Early Childhood and have been working in the field for 38 years. I find my career very rewarding and I can’t think of anything I’d rather do! Outside of work I love camping, catching up with family and friends, the beach, cooking, pottering around my house and gardening.

Kathleen
I completed my Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care three years ago and since then I have worked in various pre-schools and childcare centres in the Dandenong Ranges. I have a passion for creating a nurturing, supportive and positive environment for children attending childcare. I live locally in Upwey and have three young children who keep me busy.
